Holiday Inn & Suites Albuquerque-North I-25

We were warmly welcomed by the front desk clerk. Check-in was efficient. We had a very nice dinner served by the equally warm person in the dining room. Checkout was easy. There was plenty of parking. The entrance to the hotel property was made difficult by nearby interstate construction.

A group of 6 stayed for ballon fiesta. The first night wednesday we visited the bar to watch a mlb playoff game. We were cheering for out team and having fun. After a bit they told us they couldn't serve us any longer because they could be get felony. OK we paid, tipped well and left. They were only a few other people there. The next night the bartender would not turn the TV to the mlb game. She said it wasn't on and wasn't on the night before either. This was the same bartender. She attempted and then quit and mumbled that she was glad to get back to making drinks rather than managing the remote. We did get the game turned on by another employee, had 1 beer and left On Saturday we ordered breakfast. Only 4 us. Nobody else in the restaurant. I ordered over easy eggs and got scrambled. Someone else ordered bacon and got Canadian bacon. The only elevator for 6 floors with a 4 person capacity was very scary. Rumbled and shook the entire time. Could hear it from our room Third night we got no cleaning service and no offer for anything. This was 2 rooms. Had to get our own towels and take care of our own.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Really enjoyed this hotel. Comfortable bed and furniture. Convenient location without any extraneous foot traffic. Pool and hot tub in good condition. Nice quiet restaurant and bar. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Would stay again Excellent stay. Hotel was clean and staff were great.

I was food poisoned by a drink at the bar down stairs & I could not get any sleep with the noise of traffic.

Nice rooms and, in my limited time, the check-in young man was excellent.
